WDJCU Secretary Ann Hargie has contacted member clubs this evening to note that, in response to the question raised on the subject at the AGM, the percentage of league matches cancelled in season 2017 was 26% (78 matches out of a possible 296).  Ann also asked that member clubs comment on the junior competition format changes presented, respectively, by the WDJCU Committee and Cricket Scotland with comments being passed to her by Wednesday the 20th of December.

Finally, Ann intimated that the closing date for nominations for the MB Stanger Trophy has been extended to Wednesday the 29th of November and the Committee would encourage clubs to submit nominations for the award.
