The new series of Under 12 indoor Kwik Cricket festivals got underway on Sunday the 20th of January, at Uddingston Grammar School. The first, of ten, festivals saw teams from Hillhead CC, Uddingston CC and West of Scotland CC compete in a round-robin format. As with the series of festivals towards the end of 2018, the results were less important than the enjoyment had by all eighteen participants – and thanks must go to all parents, coaches and umpires for the support given on the day.  Next week will see Clydesdale CC, East Kilbride CC and Glasgow Accies CC come together for a similar tri-series of matches.
